ATHERA is a technical tool for app publishers (sports, health, wellness, gyms and studios): it provides the screen that lets their users do an exercise in front of the camera, with automatic counting and timing. It is not a consumer app or a coach.

## Integration

1. Sign-up request on the website; the account is approved by the ATHERA team.
2. An API key is provided: install the npm package `@digitalnexodestudio/athera-react-native` (React Native / Expo, iOS and Android), add a provider with the key and the workout component with the exercise and the goal.
3. Every workout shows up in the ATHERA dashboard.

### What is ATHERA?

ATHERA is a component (SDK) for React Native and Expo apps that displays a complete exercise screen: the phone camera tracks the user’s movement, counts their reps or times a held position, and sends the workout result back to the app.

### How does ATHERA count reps?

ATHERA’s AI engine analyzes the movement in real time, directly on the phone, and confirms each rep automatically. Every exercise is calibrated by the ATHERA team for reliable counting.

### Are users’ videos sent to a server?

No. The analysis happens on the phone: no image or video ever leaves the device. Only the workout result (exercise, reps, duration, goal reached) is recorded.

### Which exercises are supported?

Rep-based exercises (push-ups, squats, lunges, crunches…) and timed holds (plank, wall sit…). Exercises are designed and integrated by the ATHERA team; if you need a specific movement, we add it to your catalog.

### Which languages does the component support?

French, English, Spanish, German, Italian and Portuguese: screens, correction cues, voice announcements and exercise names. The language is set in the dashboard (or follows each user’s phone language), or in code with the language prop. The voice is the phone’s speech synthesis: no extra cost.

### Which platforms does the SDK run on?

iOS and Android, in React Native and Expo apps. The component works with the phone held upright or laid on its side, filming from the front or the side.

### How do I integrate ATHERA into my app?

Send a sign-up request. Once your account is approved, you get an API key: install the npm package @digitalnexodestudio/athera-react-native, add the provider with your key and the workout component with the exercise and the goal. A complete exercise takes a few lines.

### Can the screen match my app’s colors?

Yes. Colors, corners, logo and light or dark theme are set from the ATHERA dashboard and apply without republishing the app.

### How much does ATHERA cost?

Plans depend on the workout volume and the services you need (dedicated exercises, white label). Current prices and any trial periods are shown on the page, in the Pricing section; a custom plan is quoted on request.
